Custom and Special Orders
All custom or special orders must be guaranteed by a 50% of purchase price non-refundable deposit. This ensures a spot in the production schedule, at which time a date of completion will be given. Payment in full is due upon completion and before shipping. Shipping and handling fees will be charged to the customer.

Due to the fact that all of our speakers and speaker accessories must be handled as fine art objects, shipping, packaging and handling will be discussed and arranged privately for each customer.
Return Policy
Our goal, our desire, is that you fall in love with your speakers the very second you play them for the first time.
However, if they do not meet your expectations, we offer the following:
If the speakers and speaker accessories (which I call the System) are returned in “AS NEW” condition, the refund of the purchase price will be contingent upon their resale, and minus the deposit if it was a custom or special order.
If returned, the System should be packed as shipped to you and insured fully during shipment to us.
Shipping expenses and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranty Policy
At Vitalis D.G.-Tal, we stand behind each and every speaker and speaker accessory we build. If at any time your system malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, Vitalis D.G.-Tal will repair or replace the system at its sole option, limited to the original owner for 7 years on the speakers and for 3 years on the accessories. Shipping expenses and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
This warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, abuse, extreme temperatures, humidity, dry weather or accidental damage. This warranty does not cover: damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of The Almighty God, accident, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightening or other incidence of excess voltage or current; any repairs other than those made by Vitalis D.G.-Tal , cosmetic damage; transportation, shipping or insurance costs; or costs of product removal, installation, set-up service or reinstallation.
Blown speakers, abused or misused speakers or other damaged speakers are not eligible for warranty repair or replacement. There will be a charge to make such repairs.
Complimentary Lifetime Technical Support
Even after our warranty period, your purchase always includes complimentary lifetime technical support. This means we will never charge you for technical support on the phone or via email, even if your warranty period has passed.
Please note that my products do not contain any user-serviceable parts and it is dangerous to open the cases of our products or to attempt service on your own.
